Start with the guest count, entertainment window and expected participation. A 3-hour station with two artists starts at $1,050 before any agreed extras.
Allow approximately 15–20 faces per artist per hour. Artist, drawing style, couples and groups, and event conditions all affect the pace.
St. Louis area events and nationwide travel are welcome. Your quote confirms availability, travel and any custom paper costs.
